CTXM has completed an implementation of its XShop betting platform to a new operator in Europe and to one of the leading operators in Central America, already running a network of more than 5,000 gaming terminals. The application was implemented to over 100 betting shops and 800 terminals in the Mediterranean region and to 5,000 gaming terminals in Central America.
The XShop platform enables land-based operators to provide an extensive range of games, including casino and fixed-odds games, sports betting and third-party applications. XShop is fully localized to fit specific market needs, including currency and language settings. However, one of the core benefits of XShop is its multi-tier agent/shop management system. “This system provides operators with the ability to manage their own multi-level partner network, thus increasing their revenue and the overall value of their business,” commented Udy Yosha, CEO of CTXM.
The XShop solution is cross-platform and provides agents with a wide selection of delivery options, from standard workstations to full touch-screen consoles (kiosks). XShop land-based operations may also be seamlessly extended to an online offering. XShop even provides several options for integration to payment systems - in addition to standard Point of Sales (POS), operators may use a broad range of integration to online payment solutions and prepaid cards.
